Two Brookview Meadows employees are facing criminal charges after taking nude or semi-nude photos of elderly residents and then sharing those photos with others via cellphones.
Michelle Bulger and Ashley Schaumburg, both certified nursing assistants, face felony charges after filming one resident bathing and another dealing with a bowel obstruction. Each faces one count of exhibiting a recording of nudity without consent as a party to a crime and two counts of capturing an image of nudity without consent as a party to a crime.
Bulger and Schaumburg shared the photos with another employee who was not charged via a cell phone app called Snapchat. An unidentified employee reported Bulger and Schaumburg to the facility’s administrator who then contacted the Sheriffs department.
Brookview Meadows is located in Howard, WI.
