Woman Busted 4 Times in Three Weeks for Drunk Driving

Nicole M. Bailey, 27, has been arrested 4 times in three weeks for drunk driving in Milwaukee and Waukesha County, including after dropping her children off at school.
When she was arrested for drunk driving in Milwaukee on April 25th. At that time, Bailey had two pending drunken-driving cases from arrests in Menomonee Falls, on April 18th and April 20th.
During her first stop on April 18th she was pulled over for speeding and had a BAC of .15. On April 20th, police were asked to respond to a possible drunk driver. When the officer arrived on the scene, they found a child in her car, but not in a car seat. Bailey told the officer that she had just been to school with her son and was asked to leave. Her BAC was .24.
On May 8th, Bailey was stopped for speeding again. According to Bailey, she had just dropped her children off at school. Her BAC was .17.
How does she get away with this?
In Wisconsin, drunk driving isn’t a felony until the fifth offense. However, she may face a felony charge for having a child in her car.
